1) International Student Application to USC
2) a scanned copy of the passport information page only.
3) a scanned copy of the original academic transcript
4) a scanned copy of high school diploma.
5) a scanned copy of the Physical Examination Form within 6 months.
6) a scanned copy of no criminal certificate
Documents needed for all postgraduate applicants:
1) International Student Application to USC
2) a scanned copy of the passport information page.
3) a scanned copy of the original academic transcript at college
4) a scanned copy of bachelor degree diploma.
5) a scanned copy of the Physical Examination Form within 6 months.
6) a scanned copy of no criminal certificate
7) Study plan at University of South China
8) a scanned copy of two recommendation letters by your professors for master degree candidates.
