Sponsored by the AOM and co-hosted by the Hunan-based University of South China and Beijing-based Capital Institute of Pediatrics, the 6th Meeting of the Asian Organization for Mycoplasmology (AOM) is to be held in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China, from August 22 to 25, 2014. More than one hundred of delegates from Japan, Indian, Taiwang as well as the Mainland will attend the event.
The AOM Meeting is a traditional academic event held every other year in the realm of mycoplasma research across the Continent of Asia. By providing the latest development in the research of mycoplasma-focused mollicute microbes, the Meeting offers a platform for scholars and experts from Asia to communicate with each other in subdisciplines such as epidemiology, molecular biology, pathogens and drug resistance, and clinic diagnosis and treatment, and provide an opportunity for likeminded researchers to look towards the future and overcome the potential challenges.
