All foundation program students of 2014:
As the foundation program comes to an end, the international department will begin the enrollment of 2014 foundation program students as degree candidates.
To facilitate the job, each applicant is supposed to submit the following documents to International Department during the office hours between April 27, 2015 and April 30, 2015.
1) a copy of the Application Form. Please add your student number on the right upper corner.
(to be downloaded below or picked up at international college or international department)
2) a scanned copy of the academic transcript and school diploma.
3) a scanned copy of the passport information page (with the name and passport number).
4) a scanned copy of the Physical Examination Form within 6 months.
