Dear sir/madam
we are expecting a large influx of international freshmen onto the campus.To make sure they will arrive at the university safe and sound, we will arrange for the students to be picked up at the terminal airports in Guangzhou or Changsha from today to Sept. 26, or other days specified in the admission notice.
To facilitate this tremendous task, we strongly recommend that you fill in the attached form (information of freshman's flight) and email it to us at least three days ahead of your (the student's ) arrival.
The flight information will be null of the students without the admission notice and Jw202 which have already been issued by USC.
