The south campus football pitch witnessed the 2017 Football Championship Game on the afternoon of June 4, 2017. It is a yearly intense class-A match of the university. This year, the glory and dream would be scrambled between the football teams from International College and the School of Mechanical Engineering which is a traditional strong team of USC.
After a 90-minute fierce competition, the International College defeated the rival with goals for 6-3 and got the laurel.
The football team of International College is a very young team established in 2015, and 25 players are chosen from the very small college with less than 300 students. Thanks to their gifts, their hardworking trainings, and their glory sense to the college, the 2017 USC Class- A Football Games championship finally falls on to the International College.
